Orders are shipped using your shipping preferences during checkout, and can take up to 2 days of processing time before being sent.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping, but you'll need to change your mind quickly in most cases, because even though it may take up to 2 days for your order to process we usually get most orders out pretty quickly. If we make a mistake on your order there will be no extra cost to you for us to correct it, but if you decide that you'd like to return or exchange something then we may ask you to help bear some of the shipping - usually the cost of sending the returned items back to us is all you'll be asked for. We do request that you please contact us in advance for returns and exchanges so that we can help streamline processing of your return.
